PURPOSE:To realize a high speed processing of sampling measurement of an AC input signal, by sampling and inputting a signal extending from an optional value of the AC input signal to a corresponding optional value after 1 period. CONSTITUTION:An AC input signal inputted through a multiplexer 11 is sampled by an A/D converter 12, is A/D-converted, is applied to an adding circuit 17, and also is compared with reference voltage Vs by an analog voltage comparator 14. When the input signal has coincided with the reference voltage Vs, the comparator 14 generates a comparison output signal, but the comparison output at a point (a) in the figure is provided to the adding circuit 17, the adding circuit 17 starts to add a sampling output by said signal, and also its adding circuit is counted by a counter 18. After 1 period T of the input signal has passed, when the comparison output is generated at a point (b) in the figure, addition of the sampling output in the adding circuit 17 is stopped by its comparison output, and a controlling circuit 16 sends a switching signal to the multiplexer 11 and also sends an operation start signal to an operating circuit 19. |
