<p>PURPOSE:To perform automatic program search for an unrecorded tape part in a short time by outputting an operation stop command or a recording command when the output of a signal detecting circuit shows an unrecorded state for longer than a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When a setting operation mode button for a recording start position is operated to supply a start command signal with a level L to an input terminal T2, the signal L is supplied to the clear terminal CL of an FF1. When a reproducing head 2 enters an unrecorded tape part, a pulse signal from a waveform shaping circuit 3 is interrupted and the terminal CL of a counter 5 is led at the level L, so that the counter 5 starts counting clock pulses inputted to a terminal CK. At this time, when the unrecorded part continues for a prescribed time, a signal H is outputted from the terminal Q7 of the counter 5 and a pulse H is sent as a review operation command from the terminal Q of the FF1 to a mechanism control part 1. Then, the head 2 returns to a recorded part and once the counter 5 counts eight pulses, a play operation command is supplied from its terminal Q4 to the control part 1.</p> |
