<p>PURPOSE:To realize an electronic desk calculator having a large amount of output, by condensing the external beams by means of a plastic plate containing a fluorescent agent and at the same time irradiating the condensed external beams to a solar battery pieces after a conversion of the wavelength of each beam. CONSTITUTION:A photon 11 incident to a plastic plate 10 containing a fluorescent agent hits against the fluorescent agent 12. Thus the agent 12 is excited to emit the light. This light repeats the full reflection as shown by a route 14 and reaches an end face 15 or 16 of the plate 10. In this case, if the surfaces of the faces 15 and 16 are coarse, the light goes outside through these end faces. Silicon solar batteries 42-47 are fixed to the end face of a plastic plate 14 containing a fluorescent agent. An aluminum reflector plates are provided on the end face and the rear face of the plastic plate to avoid the scattering of the light. A plastic plate 52 containing a fluorescent agent of the solar battery is set to a window of the armor 51 of an electronic desk calculator. In such way, an inexpensive optical product is obtained with high optical efficiency.</p> |
