摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance sleeve rigidity and to enable a desired thick printing, by sticking a thick photosensitive synthetic resin film having a necessary film thickness around the outer circumference of a seamless cylindrical peforated metallic sleeve having high aperture ratio, and after sealing the junction, making a photosensitive plate. CONSTITUTION:A 0.1-1mm. thick photosensitive resin film consisting of polyvinylalcohol and a water-soluble acrylate monomer, or the like is stuck with a photosensitive synthetic resin solution to an about 0.15mm. thick plated screen 14 with high aperture ratio, obtained by repeating plating in a nickel amidosulfate bath and polymethyl methacrylate coating in plural times using a stainless mother roll. The screen 14 with the film 14 stuck is dried, a black-and-white original image film is wound on the screen 14, this is exposed to ultraviolet ray, and developed. The screen plate thus obtained is fixed to a rotary screen machine, and a high viscosity ink 17 is squeezed 18, thus permitting a thick printed ink layer 20 having 0.2-1mm. thickness to be obtained on a sheet 19 or the like to be printed on.
