PURPOSE:To obtain a molded component with a flow pattern by a straight pressure molding, by carrying out, on the surface of a primary molded thermosetting resin component, secondary molding of a thermosetting resin molding material having a color different from the primary molding material and a flowability higher than the former. CONSTITUTION:A disk and 80mm. of a melamine resin molding material are introduced in a plate type mold, and molded under a molding pressure of 100kg/cm<2> at a molding temperature of 145 deg.C for 90 seconds, and then a disk and 100mm. of black melamine resin molding material are introduced on the molded component, and is molded secondary under a molding pressure of 100kg/cm<2> and a molding temperature of 145 deg.C for 45 seconds to obtain a lacquer-tinted molded component having a black flow pattern of deep feeling on a brown background substrate. As examples of the primary molding thermosetting resin material are: a phenol resin, a urea resin, a melamine resin, etc., and as the secondary molding thermosetting resin material whole of any primary molding material is adopted, but it should have a flowability higher than the primary molding resin to be used. |
