[Class 141] A glove is formed from material which is cut so that the edges lie on the back of the hand, and are joined together by means of a piece of elastic material. In the form shown, the glove blank is folded about the lines 7, 8, and the edges 9a, 9b are joined together by means of a piece of elastic material so as to form a resilient seam joint 9 at the middle of the back of the glove. The joint 9 may be of any suitable form, and may be hidden by ornamentations 14. In a modification, the seam may be located between the little and third fingers, or between the index and middle fingers on the back of the glove. In a further modification, two seams may be formed on the back of the glove. |
