PURPOSE:To obtain a titled sheet to provide a magnetic recording medium with excellent surface state and excellent wear resistance, by providing a protective layer including a mold-release layer and a lubricant, and an adhesives layer and a magnetic substance layer. CONSTITUTION:On a base 1 such as polyester and peeling paper, a mold-release layer 3 of 0.2-1mu thickness made of chlorinated rubber or the like, a protective layer 3 of 0.2-5mu thickness including 1-40wt% lubricant such as tetrafluoroethylene telomer of <=10<4> molecular weight an adhesives layer 4 such as nitrocellulose of 0.1-0.5mu thickness, and a magnetic layer 5 consisting of magnetic powder such as gamma-Fe2O3 and a binder, are provided to obtain a transferrable magnetic sheet. The magnetic substance layer 5 of this sheet is brought into contact with a surface 7 of an object 6 to be transferred such as polyvinyl chloride and paper opposingly, and the base 1 is peeled after heating and pressing from the base 1 side by a pressing plate 8, and the magnetic recording medium in which the magnetic substance layer 5, the adhesives layer 4, the protective layer 3 and a peeling layer 2 are transferred on the body 6, is obtained. |
