The object of the invention is to ensure rapid and reliable laying of heating pipes on insulating panels. These insulating panels bear, on their large-surface-area sides, a fabric which is fixedly connected to the insulating panel, has as low a capacity for combustion as possible and is intended for receiving fastening means for the heating pipes. At least one side of the insulating panel is self-adhesive. Moreover, the side of the insulating panel which bears the pipe-fastening elements has a marking and/or a heat-radiating layer. In order to secure the pipes, clips which engage behind one or both fabric layers can be used as fastening elements. |
