PURPOSE:To enhance the yield of materials and to improve the productivity, by cutting spiral materials, where band-shaped materials are wound spirally, at every one pitch to form annular materials having teeth. CONSTITUTION:Band-shaped materials 1 such as a band-shaped steel plate or an aluminium band-shaped plate are formed into spiral materials 2 by the rolling work. Materials 2 are cut at every one pitch, and cut end parts 3 are welded to form annular materials 4. The outside circumferential part of annular materials 4 are subjected to the press work, and a tooth part 5 is knurled. By this method, materials are used effectively to improve the productivity. |
