发明名称 POLYESTER CONJUGATED FIBER WITH MODIFIED SURFACE
摘要 PURPOSE:The titled sheath-core type conjugate fiber that is composed of 2 kinds of polyester different in solubility in which the more soluble component is arranged on the surface and the other groups are arranged at a right angle to the fiber axis, thus showing touch and glass similar to natural fiber. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of polyester different in solubility such as polyethylene terephthalates different in intrinsic viscosity are subjected to sheath-core type conjugate spinning so that the more soluble component such as the lower viscosity polymer becomes the sheath part. Then, the resultant fiber is soaked in 60% monomethylamine aqueous solution to give the objective fiber where the harder soluble component groups are arranged almost perpendicularly to the fiber axis on the surface of the sheath component. When the diameter of the conjugate fiber is defined as D, the thickness of the sheath is preferably 0.05- 0.5D, the width of grooves is 0.01-1.0 D, the dipth is 0.01-0.5D and the pitch is 0.01-10.0D.
