PURPOSE:To simplify the production process of the entitled diaphragm and to reduce the production cost by forming a foamed material like the shape of the diaphragm and simultaneously adhering a surface material to the foamed material. CONSTITUTION:Aluminium thin films are fitted to the insides of upper and lower metallic molds 1, 2 as surface materials 3, 4, the inside of the filmed molds is filled with styrene/maleic anhydride copolymerized foamed beads which have been previously foamed so that the volume is increased up to about 40 times and the contents are molded by heating it with steam. Thus, the number of production processes is reduced and no adherent is required. |
