The utility model relates to a machine for processing of volumetric metal objects with any shape and size, which can find an application in the processing of the inner volume of volumetric products in various fields of industry, for example in the automobile industry, electrical industry, in particular for thermal and/or laser cutting of openings in metal cabinets in assembled condition, whereby the processed surfaces can be inclined, as well as can have a non-even configuration. The machine is also suitable for processing of sheet materials. The machine for processing of volumetric metal objects in assembled condition is a five-coordinate machine with digital-programming control, respectively with three translational and two rotational digitally controlled axes which provide the possibility for any placement of the working tool in space and gradual movement along the entire path of movement. The machine for processing of volumetric objects consists of a frame (1) to whose lower part is mounted a movable coordinate worktable (3) with the possibility to move along two mutually perpendicular planes, whereby a drill head is provided, powered by an independent driving mechanism. According to the utility model, the end parts of the frame (1), on top of horizontally oriented beams (5) are immovably mounted linear guides (6), on top of which are located two carriages (7) which are vertically oriented and arranged parallel to each other. In their upper end, the carriages (7) are connected to a support beam (8) on which are mounted at least two linear guides (9), to which is connected a horizontally oriented carriage (10), to which is attached a tail spindle (11) with a pair of guides (12) attached to it. In the lower end of the tail spindle (11) are mounted two shafts (13, 14), oriented perpendicularly to each other, and to the actuator of the shaft (13) is mounted a driving mechanism of an additional translation shaft (15), with a movable carriage (16) mounted to it, to which is attached a cutting tool (17). |
