The tub for intracytoplasmic injection includes a transparent tub (1) with a horizontal bottom (2), and on the bottom (2) of the tub (1) are formed protruding elements (3) arranged at equal distances relative to one another along the longitudinal axis of the tub (1). In each of the protruding elements (3) is formed a tank (4) with a channel (5) passing diametrically through the tank (4), and the two opposite ends of the channel (5) are positioned symmetrically relative to the tank (4), whereby the tank (4) and channel (5) have a common wall (6) which copies the shape of the common external contour of the two elements. The upper part of the tank (4) has a cylindrical shape, and its lower part has a truncated cone shape, whereby the smaller base of the truncated cone is the bottom of the tank (4) and it is horizontally positioned. The tub for intracytoplasmic injection of sperm cells into egg cells, micromanipulations with biological cells and cultured egg cells, will find an application in medical centers, clinics, and laboratories for in vitro fertilization. |
