PURPOSE:To provide a stopping member which produces no noise and is excellent in durability and maintenance by disposing a magnet at a stop position of a mover in such a manner that the mover is stopped by attracting the magnet mounted on the mover. CONSTITUTION:A mover 2 is travelled in a transport path comprising rollers 1 and induction-type linear motors 3. A movable core 4a of a stopping device 4 is mounted on the lower portion of the mover 2, and a fixed core 4b is disposed on a predetermined place of the transport path. The fixed core 4b is excited by an exciting coil 4d to attract the movable core 4a and stop the mover 2. Since such a stopping motion is accurate, and is not operated by a mechanical member, no noise is produced. |
