PURPOSE:To economically fix a permanent magnet and protect the surface of the magnet by disposing a plurality of permanent magnets of tile shape housed in a protection case and forming a rotor yoke by laminated plates. CONSTITUTION:Several tens of laminated plates 2 are laminated by utilizing the plates 2 inside a stator core are formed, the positions equally divided at the circumference are welded, and a rotor yoke 1 is manufactured. The welded part 3 of the yoke 1 is allowed to coincide with the boundary of a plurality of permanent magnets 5, which are covered with a protection case 6, and a permanent magnet rotor 4 is manufactured. The yoke 1 can be constructed without disturbing a magnetic path by bringing the welded part 3 of the yoke 1 into coincidence with the boundary of the magnet 5. |
