PURPOSE:To enable mitigation of an impact force when a rotor is broken or slidably worn by rotatably coupling the cylindrical peripheral wall of a container which contains the rotor to the other stationary section. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical peripheral wall 8 is rotatably coupled to a stationary section such as upper and lower flanges 6 in a container 1 which contains a rotor 2 with bearings 3. Since the wall 8 can bear the impact and can rotate in the same direction in this manner even when the rotor 2 is broken, the impact force can be mitigated, and a load to an anchor bolt 4 can be reduced. |
