PURPOSE:To reduce the number of digits of dialing from an outgoing subscriber and to make restarting of the post exchanger easy, by providing a means discriminating normal call and restart call and a means restarting a post exchange after the channel of the post exchange is restored with the cut-off signal of the 1st incoming subscriber. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of exclusive lines L1, L2... are connected to an outgoing exchange 1 corresponding to post exchanges 2a, 2b..., and a restart special number is provided as a restart request discriminating means, and a normal dial is transmitted succeeding to the special number. This dial number is discriminated at a central controller 5 to discriminate if the call is a call of restart request. Further, a restart meand and a restart request discriminating means for the start control to the incoming exchange are provided with a call processing program of the exchange 1. When the restart request is cut off with the 1st incoming subscriber with advanced call, the restart is made after the channels of the post exchanges 2a, 2b... are restores with the cut off signal of the 1st incoming subscriber. |
