PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to simplify the constitution, by making optical information inputted from an input optical fiber incident to an output optical fiber, if a signal processor is abnormal, in a system making the transmission of information with optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply to a signal processor 14 is normal, an optical signal incident from an optical fiber 10 is made incident to a photoelectric transducer 12 by a reflecting mirror 16 and an optical signal generated from an electrooptic transducer 13 is made incident to an optical fiber 10. When the power supply to the signal processor 14 is abnormal, the optical signal made incident from the optical fiber 10 with a reflecting mirror 15 bypasses the signal processor 14 and is made directly incident to the optical fiber 11. Thus, even if the power supply to the signal processor 14 is stopped, the inputted optical signal is transmitted to the succeeding devices. |
