PURPOSE:To easily prevent collision of data, by including fluctuation information of delay of transmission in a tansmission signal in an earth station during transmission already, determing transmission start time with other earth stations which are going to start transmission based on the information. CONSTITUTION:Assuming that communication is already started between a satellite 1 and an earth station 2, the earth station 2 calculates a transmission delay time difference based on each relative relation of locations of the satellite 1, the earth station 2 and other slave earth stations 3 and 4. From the result of this calculation and the result of actual observation including the fluctuation in the delay of transmission between the station 2, the station 1 and the station 2, a time correcting amount which corresponds to a value twice the delay of transmission including the fluctuation among 3-1-3 and 4-1-4 subtracted an integral multiple of frame length can be estimated. The data are transmitted toward the other slave earth stations from the said earth station 2 via the satellite 1, and the other slave stations decide the time of transmission of the data of themselves based on the data. |
