PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a communication control device in the past that notification to a user results in arrival uncertainty caused by public network delay and the like.SOLUTION: A communication control device of the present embodiment comprises: sensor interfaces 14, 16; a radio communication interface 15; a public network interface 13; a storage part 12 in which an attribution management table where a user terminal is preliminarily registered is stored; and a communication control part 11 which transmits a security message for notifying a user terminal registered in the attribution management table of abnormality via the radio communication interface 15 when human incursion is detected by human detection devices 30, 31. The communication control part 11 stands by for transmission of the security message when human incursion is detected by the human detection devices 30, 31 but an attributed user terminal 20 is not detected, and transmits the security message to the attributed user terminal 20 responsive to detection of the attributed user terminal 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
