PURPOSE:To obtain stable tension of a belt-shaped object, in an air loop dancer for damping a change of tension in the conveyed belt-shaped object, by constituting the air loop dancer in such a manner that an air leak quantity from or air supply quantity to a loop air chamber can be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:To hold tension T of a belt-shaped object 5 to constant even if an internal diameter in a loop air chamber 9 is changed, an aerodynamical through hole 10 for adjusting internal pressure P is provided to a side plate 8. In this way, the larger the radius R of the chamber 9, the more the air leak A increases, and the internal pressure P in the chamber 9 is lowered to hold the tension T at a constant pressure. In this constitution, tension of the belt-shaped object can be kept constant. |
