PURPOSE:To prepare a TOFU (bean curd) pudding, by using TOFU as main material, and adding fresh cream, egg white, etc. thereto. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of whipped cream and egg white is added together with honey to TOFU, and mixed. Egg yolk seasoned with salt and vanilla essence is added to the mixture and stirred, and the resultant mixture is further mixed with gelatin dissolved in milk before the setting of gelatin takes place. An essence is added to the product for seasoning, and cooled in a refrigerator to set the gelatin. |
