PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a transformer by bypassing the discharging current of a charging circuit for generating a control voltage of the second switching means when the first switching means is ON. CONSTITUTION:When the charged voltage of a condenser 46 becomes higher than the prescribed value, a transistor TR45 becomes ON, and a transistor TR43 becomes ON. Since the collector voltage Ect becomes low level, a diode 50 is conducted, the discharging current from the condenser 46 abruptly increases, and the TR43 becomes saturated state. Since a voltage is applied reversely to the diode 28, no current flows through the secondary side of a high frequency transformer 40. When the base current of the TR is decreased, the voltage Ect increases, and the TRs 43, 45 become OFF. The electromagnetic energy of the transformer 40 is discharged to the load side, and the TR43, 35 again becomes ON, and similar operation is repeated. |
