PURPOSE:To prepare patterned rice cake, by forming a double-cylindrical rice cake bar using a plurality of extruders and a die, and cutting the rice cake bar. CONSTITUTION:A rice cake rod 19 having different colors at the surface layer and the core part is formed by using a plurality of rice-pounding extruders 31, 32 and a die 20. The shape of the boundary line between the core part 12 and the surface part 11 can be changed by changing the shape of the straightening plate 29 of the die 20. Since any section of the rice cake rod 19 has the same pattern, the rod is cut to a proper length to obtain the patterned rice cake 10. |
