PURPOSE:To reduce the processing time of the titled searching device, by calculating the searching region with a wiring pattern code to be supplied basing on the given parts pin data, the substrate structure data and the parts structure data, and then searching only the designated pattern route. CONSTITUTION:A searching device includes a storage devices 90 and 20, an input/output device 30, a controller 40, a searching device 50, a storing device 60, a deciding device 70 and a replacing device 80. The device 90 stores the part structure data, the substrate structure data and the data elements. The device 20 stores the parts pin data and the data elements and at the same time includes a control circuit 23. The controller 40 contains a deciding device for application of wiring pattern and a calculator for searching region of wiring route. Then the controller 40 calculates the searching region on the basis of the wiring pattern code given from the device 30 and searches only the wiring pattern code that is designated within a region, finds out the wiring route between the parts pins to be connected and replaces 80 the substrate structure data. In such way, the route between the parts pins is searched with the limitation. As a result, the processing time is reduced for a searching device for the wiring route. |
