PURPOSE:To adjust blow-off air quantity and improve cooling effect by moving at least a part of a nozzle wall forming a nozzle part as a movable plate and making variable the nozzle diameter. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle diameter of a nozzle part 4 is maximum when a movable plate 20 is in a state where it is tightly contacted to a side wall plate 3a, and the nozzle diameter becomes minimum when the movable plate 20 rectangularly intersects the side wall plate 3a. For example, in a case where at large quantity of blow-off air is desired at the time of rapid cooling or rapid heating, the inclination angle theta with respect to the side wall plate 3a of the movable plate 20 is set to zero and the nozzle diameter of the nozzle part 4 is made maximum. In the case of the nozzle diameter being maximum, the injected fluid is not deviated in correspondence to the operation of a wind direction guide plate 8. When the nozzle diameter becomes small, the ejected fluid is deviated by the operation of the plate 8. |
