PURPOSE:To prevent the cooling air from leaking outside and to cool the moving blade planted section effectively by coupling a seal plate into a seal plate fitting groove provided on one side of the rotor and moving blade of a turbine so as to close the side of the planted section and annular disk. CONSTITUTION:A planted section fitting groove 5 is provided on an annular disk 6 and a moving blade stud section 4 is coupled into it. A seal plate 9 is coupled into the opposite seal fitting groove 8 provided on the side of a rotor 2 and moving blade 1 so as to close the side of the planted section 4 and annular disk 6. The cooling air 14 flows through a recess 11, flows into gaps 7, and passes through the planted section 4. Thereby, the cooling air in the recess 11 of the annular disk 6 can be prevented from leaking outside by the seal plate 9, thus the planted section 4 of the moving blade can be effectively cooled. |
