MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To increase operation-efficiency and design-property without necessity for welding by means of forming a cavity in the inner part of a product by melting only the core made of soluble material. CONSTITUTION:A core 7 is arranged in the cavity 6 of a rubber mold 1. The molten metal containing zinc and tin as main component and having low melting point, is poured by using centrifugal force. The molten metal encloses the core 7 with its solidification. A formed product is taken out of the rubber mold 1 and is dipped into the solvent suitable for the core 7, and only the core 7 is melted. The formed product is washed by water and then is plated after the core 7 is perfectly melted. The transparent pattern A with internal space is formed on the formed product.
