PURPOSE:To improve the durability of the toe of bead of the titled tire for construction vehicle by a structure wherein the outermost side bead core is radially divided into two parts and a plurality of sheets of a carcass are wound back be being past from the outside of the bead core between said two divided parts of the bead core or the outside and inside bead cores and a filler is provided at the outside bead core. CONSTITUTION:The bead core located outermost side seen from the direction of rotary axis of the tire is radially divided into two parts of the inside bead core 14 and the outside bead core 15. No less than four sheets out of the carcass 10 composed of no less than eight sheets in total are wound back by being past the outside of the inside bead core 14 from inside to outside and then between the bead cores 14 and 15 so as to be arranged toward the direction of radius of the tire along the outside of the main body of the carcass 10. In addition, the filler 16, which has a Shore durometer type A hardness of 50-80 and is made in the form of a triangle with the altitude attaining to the maximum width position of the tire, is provided adjacent to the outside bead core 15. Owing to the structure as described above, the lowering of the basic performance of the tire can be prevented and the improvements of the durability of the toe of bead and of the rim ship resistant property can be resulted. |
