PURPOSE:To quickly show a desired sample and to calculate the cost, by selecting a plurality of objective items out of commodities or goods, coding and inputting them to a computer to operationally process and output. CONSTITUTION:To select a desired sample relating to specific commodities or objects having a lot of samples, a sample selecting sheet 1 which has various concrete items with a group of codes is used and a series of codes selected are inputted to a computer for data processing. Thus, the data such as types of desired samples and costs are printed out. The sheet 1 is provided in parallel with an item column 2, an optional column 3 and a number of point colum 4, and a plurality of box frames 6 are formed with ruled lines crossing transversally and longitudinally, and at one end of the column, a titled section 5 is provided. |
