PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to lower the cost, by converting image information of excited light scanning space into an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A waveguide path 10 is formed with a material of which optical property is changed with excited light, and the optical property of the path 10 is controlled with an excited light 30 externally irradiated and the change in the intensity of a light 20 transmitting the path 10 is detected, allowing to convert the image information of excited light scanning space into an electric signal. |
