<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the diameter of a slide pin by uniting a pair of slide pin portions in a body by means of a coupling plate in such a manner that external force presses two slide pin portions substantially equally. CONSTITUTION:Metallic sleeves 4, 4' are arranged to slidably pass through both sides of a caliper 1, and threadly connected to a fixing member 3 by sleeve bolts 2, 2' so as to apply an axial compressive force to the sleeves 4, 4'. Each head portion of the turn-in sleeve bolt 2 and the turn-out sleeve bolt 2' is connected to each other in a body by a coupling plate 12. Thus, a braking torque 2 of an outer pad acting upon the caliper 1 can be transmitted to the fixing member 3 through two sleeve bolts 2, 2' so as to reduce force applied to each sleeve bolts 2, 2' to a half.</p> |
