PURPOSE:To use a shared file effectively, by providing a storage circuit, where the shared file is stored, to a node processor, and allocating file areas of the shared file to processors in accordance with the file formation request of each computer. CONSTITUTION:Files AA-NN are connected to plural processors A-N, and a node processor NP is connected to processors A-N, and plural terminal equipments A0-Ah...N0-Nj are connected to respective processors A-N, thus constituting a shared file management system. The node processor NP is provided with a interface parts 1-1-1-n, a magnetic disc device DISK, a program storage memory PM, a system table memory STM, and a storage circuit CFM which manages the shared file. This circuit CFM consists of a shared file area table and a shared file management table, and file areas of the shared file are allocated to processors A-N in accordance with the file generation request from each computer, and thus, the shared file is used effectively. |
