PURPOSE:To exactly reduce inpulse vibration due to an impulse machine, by supporting a supporting plate such as an anvil block, etc., for receiving impact from the impulse machine, by an air spring, allowing an up-and-down motion of the supporting plate, and also providing a spring for preventing its rolling. CONSTITUTION:In a vibration-proof rack 2 of a free forging machine 1, an air spring 4 such as an air mat, etc. is provided, supports an anvil block 5 of a supporting plate for receiving impact, and also is connected to a supporting board 6 having a feed and discharge pipe 7 which can be switched and made to communicate to a high pressurized air source and the air, and a communicating pipe 8 communicating to an auxiliary air tank 9, on a fixed base 3. When impact of a piston 12 is put on the anvil block 5, air in the air spring 4 flows into and out of the auxiliary air tank 9 through a reducing valve 10, moves up and down the anvil block 5, and absorbs its impact. In this regard, the extend of the upper and lower displacement of the anvil block 5 is suppressed to <= about 10mm. by an auxiliary pipe 11. Also, rolling of the anvil block 5 is stopped by a shearing displacement spring 13 provided between the machine body 1 and the anvil block 5. |
