PURPOSE:To enable use of a running speed as revolution data and management data after a running by counting and recording it each time the speed exceeds the set value as long as it continues for a certain time. CONSTITUTION:Before the running speed meets the set value by a reference speed setting circuit 2, no output is produced at a comparator circuit 3 and hence, an alarm indication circuit 5 and a counter 8 both fail to work. When the speed during the running exceeds the values set by the reference speed setting circuit 2, an output is produced at the comparator circuit 3 and an oscillation circuit 4 works at a fixed cycle to have an alarm indication circuit 5 giving a warning. On the other hand, unless said running time meets the predetermined unit time with a time setting circuit 7, only the warning continues. As soon as it exceeds the unit time, a switching circuit 6 works by a signal sent from the time setting circuit 7 at each unit time to trigger the counting with a counter 8. In this invention, when the running speed exceeds the set value continuously, the counter 8 performs the counting repeatedly at each unit time. |
