PURPOSE:To provide a heat-sensitive recording sheet excellent in coloring sensitivity, color density, resistance to moisture, water and light, and the like, by incorporating a specified fluoran compound and a specified bislactone compound in a specified mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective heat-sensitive recording sheet incorporates (A) a fluoran compound of formulaI[wherein each of R1, R2 is alkyl, cycloalkyl or (lower alkyl-substituted) phenyl; R3 is H or lower alkyl; R4 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, trifluoromethyl or halogen; m is 1-4], e.g., a compound of formula II, and (B) a bislactone compound of formula III[wherein each of R5, R6 is lower alkyl, cycloalkyl or (lower alkyl-substituted) phenyl; R7 is H or lower alkyl; R8 is H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, trifluoromethyl or halogen; n is 1-2], e.g., a compound of formula IV, in a mixing ratio of (99.5-80):(0.5- 20)(wt%). |
