PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution system that is suitable for a case where materiality having a two-dimensional code and the like printed is sold to a visitor as goods right after a live performance is ended, and a sound source of the live performance is downloaded via the materiality.SOLUTION: A seller portable terminal 1 and a user portable terminal 2 are connected to a server 3, and the seller portable terminal 1 reads a data code 5 of a card 6 and thereby puts the card 6 into a sellable state. At a timing when digital data is uploaded to the server 3 by a cooperative live record system 100, the card 6 is sold to the user. The user portable terminal 2 reads the data code 5 of the card 6 and thereby can download the digital data from the serve 3. As long as the same user portable terminal 2 is used, in principle, the user portable terminal can repeatedly download the digital data therefrom. When the card 6 is left unsold, the seller portable terminal 1 reads the data cord 5, transmits an ID of the card 6 to the server 3 and then the card 6 is put into a non sellable state. |
