PURPOSE:To obtain patterns having an expandibility and durability at low cost by a method in which a releasing agent and a thermoplastic synthetic resin are coated on a paper or film and then bonded with a paper with an art print surface, and the paper is removed to transfer the art print to the printing medium. CONSTITUTION:A releasing agent (e.g., of silicone resin, urethane resin, etc.) and a thermoplastic synthetic resin are coated in a laminating manner on the surface of a paper or film of Tetrone, etc., to form a lapped film. Then, the paper or film with the lapped film is superposed on the art print surface of a paper and bonded with each other by hot pressing or with the interposition of an adhesive. Afterwards, they are dipped in a dilute caustic soda solution to remove the paper part and dried, whereupon the art print ink remaining on the separated paper of film is transferred to a printing medium, e.g., woven cloth, etc., with the aid of the adhesive or hot bonding. After the transfer, the paper or film is peeled off. |
