PURPOSE:To heighten the heat resistance of a conveyor belt, by using a woven fabric of aromatic polyamide or cords thereof as a core and vulcanize-bonding the core to convering rubber by a heat-resisting bonding rubber composite. CONSTITUTION:A core is made of a woven fabric of aromatic polyamide or cords thereof. The core is vulcanize-bonded to covering ethylene-acryl rubber by a heat-resisting bonding rubber composite which comprises 30-70pts.wt. of carbon black, 0.2-20pts.wt. of an organic peroxide or diamine vulcanizer, 0.2-20pts.wt. of a vulcanization assisting agent for the vulcanizer and 0- 20pts.wt. of a softener or plasticizer and 100pts.wt. of ethylene-acryl rubber. |
