PURPOSE:To prevent a function from being imitated from the outside, by constituting so that a terminal of a processor chip and a terminal of a packeage, and a terminal of an ROM chip and the terminal of the package do not correspond to each other. CONSTITUTION:Address terminals Al-An of a processor chip 2 are connected to corresponding terminals of a terminal train of one side of a connection chip 3. A terminal train of the other side of the chip 3 is connected to address terminals Al'-An' of a package of a corresponding processor 1. Connection of each of the terminal train of one side of the chip 3 and the terminal train of the other side is executed at random, and imitation by the third party is prevented. In an ROM4, too, in the same way as in the processor 1, each address terminal of the ROM chip 4, a connection chip 6 and the package is connected, and the terminal trains of one side and the other side of the chip 6 are connected in the same way as the chip 3. Also, to each address terminal of the processor 1 and the ROM4, each corresponding terminal is connected, respectively. |
