PURPOSE:To obtain a fuel injection tube which is not subjected to the errosion or the choking of an injection nozzle due to the cavitation, by inserting one of at least two pipes having different outer diameter into the other pipe then securing two pipes through the reduction work. CONSTITUTION:A thin pipe 12 made of stainless steel is inserted through a pipe hole 16 in a thick pipe 11 made of steel, then the thin pipe 12 is secured to the inner face of the thick pipe 11 with proper compression stress state through single drawing together with the thick pipe 11. While in conventional manner, a connector nut 13 having a female screw section 13A is fitted in the thick pipe 11, then both end sections of the thick section 11 are pressed to form a seal face 14 and an enlarged section 15 to prevent the choking of oil due to the deformation of the thin pipe 12. Here the inner face of thin pipe 12 is processed smoothly and Teflon tube having corrosion resistance can be employed. Consequently a smooth face can be formed stably on the inner face of the pipe hole 16 even for a fuel injection pipe having small inner diameter. |
