PURPOSE:To manufacture a multilayered pressure container in which each layer consists only of one seam by winding roller bands formed by fixing a group of columnar rollers having specified diameter arrangement with chains allowing free rolling on the outermost layer of the multilayered pressure container, and fastening tight wire ropes wound on them. CONSTITUTION:Roller bands 2 are formed by fixing a group of columnar rollers at proper intervals and parallel to each other allowing free rolling. Two rows of the bands 2 are wound on a multilayered pressure container (multi-layered cylinder). At the same time, wire ropes 5 are wound on the outer circumference of the bands 2 and the cylinder 4 is bound tightly by the ropes. In this case, the roller 1a having the largest diameter of the group of rollers is positioned at the center of the seam 7 of the outermost layer 6 of the cylinder 4 and the seam 7. In this method, no friction loss takes place in fastening with ropes 5, and the force can be utilized effectively. In addition, a multilayered pressure container can be manufactured at high accuracy while reducing the number of seams by simple equipment. |
