PURPOSE:To equalize the performance of denitrification without altering the diameters of injection nozzle and orifice by using a system in which the amounts of NH3 to be charged can be adjusted in the lengthwise direction of the main injection pipe by means of the damper of the main injection pipe outside the flue. CONSTITUTION:A main NH3 injection pipe 4 is provided in a flue duct 1, and the pipe 4 is partitioned into an upper part A, a central part B, and a lower part C by a partition blind plate 9. Air-diluted NH3 gas is injected into each part by NH3 injection pipes 7 and 8. In this case, the amounts of NH3 to be injected are controlled by adjusting the opening and closing angles of the damper 3 provided at the outside of the flue duct 1, whereby controlling the amounts of NH3 to be injected into waste gas from the nozzle and orifice 5 in each part. |
