PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a wind-clamp flaw, by varying internal tension to a coil of a payoff reel, by winding width of a band steel coil. CONSTITUTION:A band steel coil 4 is rewound from a payoff reel 1 by putting tension by a rolling mill, etc. In this case, until winding width of the band steel coil 4 reaches 70-80mm. from the inside diameter side, internal tension to the band steel coil 4 by a mandrel of the payoff reel 1 is set to 120-140kg/cm<2>, and in case when the winding thickness is <=70-80mm., it is set to 30-50kg/cm<2> and is rewound. |
