Disclosed are a touch screen and touch display device. The touch screen comprises a substrate and a touch electrode layer (30) and a transparent thin-film photovoltaic battery (50) disposed on the substrate (10). The touch electrode layer (30) and the transparent thin-film photovoltaic battery (50) are stacked, located on the same side of the substrate (10), and provided with a transparent insulation layer (40) therebetween. Alternatively, the touch electrode layer (30) and the transparent thin-film photovoltaic battery (50) are located on two sides of the substrate (10) respectively. The transparent thin-film photovoltaic battery comprises an n-doped graphene layer (51) and a p-doped graphene layer (52). The transparent thin-film photovoltaic battery provided in the touch screen can charge an electronic product to extend the operation time thereof.
