PURPOSE:To enable easy changing of time for inhibiting sending out of request to access corresponding to change of access time of element of a main storage device or change of the element itself. CONSTITUTION:Access request stacking devices 300, 303 are provided corresponding to access request controlling devices 20, 21, 22, 23. For instance, the access request controlling device 20 sends out access request and address information to the access request stacking device 300. The access request stacking device 300 stacks sent out access request in a stack 300A in order of sending, and sends out to an access request processing device 310A according to that order. Other access request stacking devices 301, 302, 303 operates in the same way. |
