PURPOSE:To manufacture a colored type projection disc easily in high precision, by forming characters, graphs, etc. on a transparent base through etching of a chromium vapor deposition, and photolithographing the parts free from the chromium film with negative and positive type photosensitive resins. CONSTITUTION:A colored type projection disc for teaching display is manufactured by coating all the surface of a transparent base having a vapor deposited chromium film 2 partially removed by etching including these gaps 7 of the fil 2 with a negative type photosensitive resin 3; exposing it to UV rays incident through the base 1; developing it to form a hardened resin film 3 on the gaps 7; then, coating the film 3 with a positive type photosensitive resin film 5; applying a mask 4 to the base 1 closely; exposing it UV rays; developing to leave the resin layer 5 on the desired parts of the film 3; and then, immersing the base 1 in a dye soln. or coating it with the soln. to dye the disclosed parts 6 of the film 3. The necessary parts of the colorless film 3 is dyed to another color to obtain a multicolored disc having dyed parts 6'. |
