PURPOSE:To facilitate the intrusion of a crosslinking agent into a rubber plastics and make a kneading of both material, by vibrating the liquid crosslinking agent with a supersonic wave and pouring it into the cylinder of an extruder. CONSTITUTION:A solid phase rubber plastics 4' is moved by the rotation of a screw 6, being heated in a cylinder 3, and made a molten state rubber plastics 4, also a liquid crosslinking agent 1 in an injecting nozzle 2 is provided with a supersonic vibration by a supersonic vibrator 9 via an adapter 8 and the injecting nozzle 2, poured into a cylinder 3 and kneaded with the molten state rubber plastics, then an extrusion is done. It is preferable that a position where the crosslinking agent 1 is poured into the cylinder 3 is a zone where the rubber plastics is in a molten state. |
