PURPOSE:To obtain a stable low contacting resistance by disposing a wire bundle made of suitable alloy in response to the magnitude of a peripheral speed. CONSTITUTION:An Ag-Pd series alloy wire bundle 1 is disposed at the side that the peripheral speed is fast and an Au series alloy wire bundle 2 is disposed at the side that the peripheral side is slow. Both wire bundles 3 are fixed at one ends with a metal plate 4 made of Cu-Ni alloy, and are bent at the other ends by a press die. Since the bundles 3 are gathered, they are integrally formed, but since the bundles 1, 2 are individually formed, they supplement the unreasonable shape of the bundles, thereby obtaining stable low contacting resistance. |
