PURPOSE:To assure a state under which the transmission is possible at a designated time and data, by using the time/data information given from a network, i.e., the time/data information that is known and assured. CONSTITUTION:As shown in the diagram, a counter circuit CC is provided in a subscriber's private device DTE to count the time and data with internal clocks. This counter CC is set again when the time/data information is given from a network to a receiving circuit REC in case an originating or incoming phenomenon arises. That is, the circuit CC is set newly every time a communication is carried out. As a result, the initialization which is performed by an operator is eliminated and at the same time the count value is assured for the circuit CC. |
